In the middle of Salzburg, the long-standing and independent bank company Spängler is constructing a new bank headquarters. SHP’s consulting engineers were commissioned to design several sustainable, energetic concepts. The planning task represents a great challenge, because parts of the building are protected as a historic monument. Particular attention is given to work places offering thermally comfortable working conditions for the staff members.

SHP is responsible for the entire building services-plant design and the production monitoring. The planning work is almost completed, and building measures have already started.

The completion is planned for 2012.
