OFA Immobilien has now completed the beautiful manison „Giulia“ in Lans, located directly at the golf course. In this respect, SHP designed the energy concept and monitored the construction of the technical facilities until the handover date. An environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump plant combined with a thermal solar plant brings ecologically cheap warmth into the house. A highly efficient domestic ventilation brings comfortable fresh air into the rooms. In summer, room cooling takes place by means of thermally activated areas. All electrical facilities are controlled via installation bus.  Also in this respect, we remained true to our principle “achieve more with less technique”!
