In Münster (district of Kufstein), the largest rehabilitation facility in Tyrol is developed. In the centre, which costs 36 M. euros, stroke- and cardiovascular patient care shall take place. Besides the medical facilities, the object comprises 300 beds for rehab-patients in total.

With the engineering services energy concept, planning and monitoring, SHP was charged with the entire building technology plants (building services and electrical engineering). The heat energy is produced by means of groundwater-heat pumps for the base load. The peak loads are covered with the local heating supply of biomass.

The project is now in the final stage and shall begin operations in May this year.
